GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully all our details regarding rights and obligations. Once you start the tour, by default, you accept these conditions.

“TOP DOG” reserves the right to expel or not accept a person at any time and for any justified reason.

“TOP DOG” is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage or unexpected event that may occur during the tour.

“TOP DOG” reserves the right to cancel or modify this service without prior notice. Even so, a reasonable effort will always be made to ensure that this does not occur and the service is maintained.

1. RESERVATIONS:

When you make a reservation, you will receive confirmation. Until you receive the confirmation, the reservation is not active.

2. PAYMENT:

The tour will be paid in cash in the previous days or through Bizum.

If during the tour you decide to leave, the amount will not be refunded.

All dogs and children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them.

For cancellations and refunds, see the “Cancellations” section below.

3. SCHEDULE:

“TOP DOG” proposes a schedule. However, as a result of breakdown, traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company, trips may take longer than planned and, in such circumstances, the company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the client as a result.

4. DURATION OF THE ROUTE:

All participants must obey the instructions of the guide, must not disturb the other participants or interfere with the guide to carry out the service in the safest way.

You must obey the laws of the Spanish State and the European Union. We ask you to show respect to the different customs that exist and to the different cultures. If you fail to do so, you may be asked to forfeit the tour, which may be cancelled without refund.

5. INSURANCE:

All tours are insured.

To the extent permitted by law, “TOP DOG” excludes liability and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the tour, however such loss, damage or injury is caused. In particular, “TOP DOG” shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from a participant’s failure to obey the instructions of the guides or any pre-existing medical or psychological condition. In addition, only to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from the negligent act or omission of “TOP DOG” or any person for whom “TOP DOG” is responsible. Certain laws imply non-excludable conditions and warranties.

“TOP DOG” is also not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the scheduled tour being conducted.

Each owner is responsible for his dog, for the damage it may cause or may cause to himself.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS:

All Participants acknowledge and agree that “TOP DOG” is expressly authorized to take photographs or videos of participants during the tour and to use such photographs for the purpose of promoting “TOP DOG”, which includes, but is not limited to, being displayed on the “TOP DOG” website and on websites such as: TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Blog and other social media.

The photographs are the property of “TOP DOG” and may only be used or reproduced by participants for private or domestic purposes and must not be used for any commercial purpose, including advertising any supplier, their products or services, without prior written permission.

7. CANCELLATION:

If the cancellation of the tour by the client is up to 7 days prior to the tour, the full amount of the tour will be refunded.

If the cancellation of the tour by the client is between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the tour, 50% of the total amount of the tour will be refunded.

If the cancellation of the tour by the client is within 24 hours prior to the tour, no refund will be made.
